Who we are
ASMPulse is a reporting tool that analyses aftersales performance reports for UK dealerships.
What we collect
Login details (name, email address and an encrypted password), your site profile (including the names and DMS tags of your technicians), and the figures read from the reports you upload. Reports may contain business figures and, depending on the report, limited staff or vehicle information.
How we use it
Uploaded reports are used only to produce performance summaries and action plans within ASMPulse. Data is not sold or shared with third parties.
Your files
Uploaded files are read when you upload them and are never stored. Only the figures read from them are kept, so your reports can show trends over time.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with our hosting providers in the UK or EU.
How long we keep it
Figures are kept while your account is open, so trends build up over time. You can delete any upload from its report page, and if you ask us to close your account (see the Contact page) everything held for it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data held about you. Use the Contact page to make a request.
Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
