Which reports can I upload?

Management accounts (the Service, Parts and Stats pages) and the detailed technician efficiency report from your DMS. More reports are on the way.

Are my files stored?

No. Each file is read when you upload it and only the figures are kept, so your reports can show trends month by month.

Why do I need a site profile?

Headcount, technician levels and DMS tags let ASMPulse tell a team that's short-staffed from one that isn't selling enough of its time, and put names to the figures.
